2010 Porcupine Cycling Sign Up

Attached is the clothing order form for 2010. I am going out on a limb for the Summit pricing because I haven't received the info yet from Pactimo (should be here November 13). I have put the pricing for the Summit clothing where I think it will be so take a look at the clothing order sheet and either bring it with you (backup is good) and send me a copy. As you can see I have added some items and taken off some items. I will not have a fit kit for Saturday but will have some clothing from last year.
